Sardar is a forthcoming action entertainer starring Karthi in the lead and Raashi Khanna, and Rajisha Vijayan as the female leads. Prince Pictures is bankrolling the high-budget entertainer. Sardar’s teaser was unveiled to kick-start the promotions.
The movie which is directed by PS Mithran will see Karthi as a first-rate international spy. He appears in 6 different looks, with different identities. Going by the teaser, the film is a journey of the protagonist from the early days of his Spy career to becoming old and still on duty to protect his country from anti-social elements.
Action spectacle is what we witness on screen and Karthi is incredible in the character of a spy. PS Mithran has chosen a different backdrop for the movie and he succeeded in showing different time periods. GV Prakash Kumar’s re-recording work is remarkable.
Sardar, as announced earlier, will be hitting the screens, for Diwali. The movie will have its Telugu release through Annapurna Studios.
