Director Puri Jagan’s cameo appearances in films like Ye Maya Chesave have gone viral back in the day. But then, recently the director got popular for his voice notes, which he released as his ‘musings’ through various podcast platforms as well as Youtube. And now, his latest act in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s “Godfather” also sparked attention towards him.

Not stopping there, now Puri Jagan has surprised the Telugu audience as he appeared in the trailer of Vishwaksen’s upcoming movie “Ori Devuda” too. Inside the film, actually Vishwaksen is playing the role of a guy who aspires to become a film director and finally gets a chance to direct one day. In such a setup, definitely we could imagine what role Puri Jagan would have played. He appears as a filmmaker only and the hero will be joining him as his associate.

Looking at all these acts, the hardcore fans of the director who haven’t got disappointed even with Liger and his philosophies as well, are now asking him to test his luck immediately as an actor through a big role. Of course, the director won’t direct himself for sure, but then, if he could play a lengthy role in any film, surely he might click big time like those Tamil directors who turned to act towards the fag end of their careers.
