Talk: Only One Possible Nomination For RRR

It is a proud moment for the whole of Telugu people and the people of India in general that legendary SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus “RRR” is being submitted to Oscar nominations in many categories.

Compared to the list of films that are actually contesting to get an Oscar nomination, RRR is said to be a little low in terms of content though the film catered to a larger audience and created a mass euphoria in the USA as well. However, there is a talk that there is a sure-shot possibility of getting one nomination for the movie and that is the “Best Original Song” category.

We do know that the song “Naatu Naatu” has become an international stunner with many uploading dance reels of it, and enjoying the song at pubs too. Various international DJs are also using Naatu Naatu along with Oo Antava Oo Oo Antava at many popular events.

There is an opinion that Naatu Naatu will be getting nominated for Oscars for sure, and star composer Keeravani along with singer Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj, and lyricist Chandrabose might get all the attention if at all the song gets nominated.

The nominations for the 95th Academy Awards are likely to be announced on January 24th, 2023.
