Veteran Producer Katragadda Murari Passes Away

Veteran Producer Katagadda Murari passed away on Saturday at his residence in Chennai. He was 78.

Popularly known as K Murari, he produced many classic hits on the Yuva Chitra Arts banner. Most of his movies are musical hits.

Murari made films with legendary directors like K Viswanath, Dasari Narayana Rao, Raghavendra Rao, and Jandhyala.

Seetarama Kalyanam, Janaki Ramudu, Nari Nari Naduma Murari, Gorintaku, Seetamahalakshmi, Trishulam, and Abhimanyudu are some of the films produced by him. All his movies had music composed by KV Mahadevan.
