Mirai Girl Brings Grace To Powerpeta

Director Krishna Chaitanya is bringing together an intriguing combination of characters, emotions and political drama in Powerpeta, his ambitious film starring Sundeep Kishan. The project, backed by 70mm Entertainments, has made considerable progress, with the makers completing 60% of the shoot.

Meanwhile, the team has announced that Mirai girl Ritika Nayak has been cast as the lead actress. They have also unveiled the first-look poster of the actress on the occasion of her birthday. The actress, who scored hat-trick blockbusters with her first three films, plays Padamataveedhi Janaki, the female lead opposite Sundeep Kishan, and the poster offers an appealing introduction to her character.

Unlike the intense impression created by Sundeep Kishan’s glimpse, Ritika’s first look focuses on charm and traditional beauty. She appears in a half saree with a sleeveless blouse and dupatta. Sitting on a wooden bench in a manduva house, she exudes a composed and graceful presence.

A blend of traditional charm and modern glamour defines Ritika Nayak’s appearance in a special glimpse that captures her in multiple avatars, revealing different facets of her personality. While her traditional looks underline her elegance, her trendy appearances showcase a more glamorous side, particularly in the oversized-shirt look.

Sundeep Kishan was previously introduced as Senapathi Ravi in a glimpse that received a strong response. Krishna Chaitanya is aiming to present Powerpeta on a grand scale.

The film also has an accomplished technical crew. Madhie is handling cinematography, Mani Sharma is composing the music, and Sreekar Prasad is in charge of editing. Ramakrishna and Monika are overseeing production design.
