Talk: BJP’s Political Agenda In Inviting NTR

It is already known that Jr NTR was invited to attend Vidhana Soudha by the Karnataka government. In the event, the late Puneeth Rajkumar will be posthumously the Karnataka Ratna, the state’s highest civilian honor on November 1.

While the angle of camaraderie NTR shared with Puneeth Rajkumar and his popularity in Kannada, the invitation for this prestigious event looks normal, but there are rumors coming up that there is a hidden political color to it.

Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai said, ‘Taraka Rama Rao who is familiar with Kannada, has accepted our invitation.’ Now many are wondering why the BJP government in Karanataka chose Jr NTR only when there are many other senior stars in Telugu, if not for any other reason.

This has become a politically interesting question because recently BJP’s bigwig Amit Shah managed to meet Jr NTR for a brief time in his super busy schedule during his his visit in Hyderabad. Though the meet was announced as a gesture of appreciation for NTR for his RRR, which was not believed by any.

NTR getting an invitation for an esteemed event by the BJP-ruled Karnataka government is raising more questions and giving much strength to the NTR-BJP rumors we already have here. It has to be seen how things turn up as we get close to election time.
