Theatres are all set to open and it is expected that audiences and movie lovers will be forming a queue in front of the theatres. But with the number of COVID-19 positive cases seeing a spike with each passing in India, would the public still want to come to the theatres? Will, the box office see full collections like before?
A lot of such doubts, discussions, and debates are happening over the same topic. Well, the director Rajamouli feels that people will definitely rush to the theatres.
In an interview with a leading daily, he said, “I am sure that people will make their ways to the theatres. There will be a huge flow of audiences to the screens. There has been a long gap and watching movies is the only entertainment a middle-class man can afford to and they have been missing it a lot.”
Also, he said, “Government is afraid to open the theatres as they are afraid that there will be a spike in the number of COVID cases. The first film that would release in the theatres is going to have a lot of craze.”
Rajamouli is super happy about the news and is still in the recovery stage from COVID-19.
