Only the best of the very best films make it to the International Film Festival Of India. Here is one film that went on to get a standing ovation at the ongoing IFFI at Goa.
The said film is “Kida”, a Tamil film which is produced by noted senior Telugu producer ‘Sravanthi’ Ravikishore.
Kida is Ravikishore’s first Tamil film and it is directed by R A Venkat.
The film was screened in Indian Panorama section at the IFFI Goa and it received a standing ovation from the viewers.
This is a rare feat for any film. The producer Ravikishore and the director Venkat are proud about the recognition for their film.
Kida revolves around a grandfather, his grandson, and a goat. The film is said to be an emotional rural drama.
RaviKishore announced that the film will have its theatrical debut very soon. More promotional material will follow.
The film has Poo Ramu, Kali Venkat, and others in the lead roles.
