Finally, Puri Convinced Chiranjeevi!

Puri Jagannadh is likely to direct Chiranjeevi. Apparently, Puri has narrated an interesting storyline to Chiru and it impressed Megastar. Chiru is said to have given his nod to Puri to go ahead and complete the script. Touted to be an out-and-out entertainer, the film will have Puri-mark hero characterisation. It is learnt that Megastar gave complete creative freedom to Puri.

Even after the Liger result which turned out to be a huge disaster, Chiru teaming up with Puri is a great gesture. Usually, star heroes won’t collaborate with directors who scored a flop or flops. Apparently, Puri and Chiru bonded well during The Godfather. Puri immediately agreed to do a small role in the film for Chiru. In fact, Puri had also interviewed Chiru during the film’s promotions. This rapport seems to have now helped Puri.

It was Puri Jagannadh who launched Ram Charan with Chirutha. Puri was supposed to work with Chiranjeevi earlier which was then called ‘Auto Jani’ but that was eventually shelved. Finally, Puri is going to direct Chiru and thus will fulfill his longtime dream.
