Why Celebs Getting Trolled Like This?

“Samantha trolled for her divorce, Sai Pallavi for her opinion, Rashmika for her separation, Deepika for her clothes and many, many other women for pretty much EVERYTHING.

Freedom of choice is our basic right. Women are the embodiment of Maa Durga- misogyny is an evil we must fight”, wrote former heroine and politician, Ramya aka Divya Spandana, on her twitter page, thus leading to another big debate.

Of course, whatever Ramya said is true, but then, there are also heroes here who are getting targeted for what they have done even though what they did is their personal thing.

We have Vijay Devarakonda trolled after Liger’s flop show, Naga Chaitanya trolled for the same divorce, Dil Raju getting trolled for planning Varissu release in Telugu states during Sankranthi, Balayya got trolled for inviting Chandrababu to Unstoppable and finally, Pawan Kalyan is always trolled for his marriages. This explains that ’Trolling’ is not just female-centric but there are male victims too.

The thing is, ’trolling’ has become a daily routine for many netizens these days whether that is a hero or a heroine, a politician or a scientist or anyone for that matter.

If we look through a magnifying glass, the trolling is actually looking like a bigger thing than poverty, unemployment, inflation, climate issues and coronavirus even. But then, if more and more celebs as well as people chose to ignore the trolls, there is a chance that the negativity will subside. Isn’t it?
