Various updates are doing rounds about the current health status of star heroine Samantha Ruth Prabhu and some media houses even claimed that the actress is doing well, and looking forward to resuming “Kushi” on January 3rd week. But a tweet from Amazon Prime Video about their latest project is surely worrying Samantha’s fans at the moment.
Almost 9 months ago, it was confirmed that Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and star heroine Samantha Ruth Prabhu will team up for the Indian version of the spy thriller web series “Citadel”, and both will be seen as spies in this action bonanza.
Other day, Amazon Prime officially shared the look of Varun Dhawan from the series and announced his arrival, also saying that shoot starts from Jan 2023. But then, though they have tagged Varun, the makers Raj-DK, and other technical as well creative teammates of the show, nowhere they tagged Samantha officially.
Looking at those tweets, many now getting doubt if Samantha is out of this big web series that is being bankrolled by Amazon Prime Video and Raj-DK together.
Apparently, the actress is affected with myositis and might need the rest for recovery before doing super stunts on the sets. But then, there is no official word about the new heroine who would be replacing Samantha. Let’s see if anything will come out officially rather than struck in doubts.
