Kalyan’s Secret Video – What Dil Raju Said Is Right!

Other day, finally after lots of consultations, the Producers Council of Telugu Cinema announced that they are going for an election on February 26th. But before that, a video surfaced on the internet where so many members of the Council are seen storming towards the outgoing president C Kalyan and demanding him to fix the election date.

Apparently, with one of the members recording a video, C Kalyan got irritated and started blasting him in harsh language and tone. The member also retorted and claimed that being a member he has all the right to record a video to expose the wickedness of C Kalyan who is delaying the election for the council. That brings us to the point highlighted by Dil Raju a couple of weeks ago, as to why the Producers Council needs an election in the first place.

If you could notice, apart from C Kalyan, other members who are present in the video have made a film each long long ago, but they are not in the race at the moment. Perhaps that’s the reason ‘Active Producers Guild’ got formed. Many are wondering why these so-called Producers Council members are fighting for elections, but not for any other issue here in Tollywood.

Rather than making the producers from the current set of top films as main showrunners of the body, one wonders what would anyone achieve by holding elections and making someone who is out of the showbiz business, president and vice-president. That’s what Dil Raju told earlier, and looking at the fight that took place inside C Kalyan’s cabin other day, it looks like the mega producer is absolutely right.
