Fitness is the new mantra for celebrities especially actors who play lead roles. Malayalam industry’s Complete Actor Mohanlal who is 62 years old has turned into a fitness freak. Lalatten is regularly hitting the gym and is sweating it out.
For the same Lalatten has roped in a celebrity fitness trainer by name Jaison Paulson and the trainer is giving extensive training. The trainer Paulson shares pictures and videos of Mohanlal’s workout and its patterns and one of them was reshared by Mohanlal on his Instagram.
Wearing a sleeveless black active t-shirt and shorts, Mohanlal also wore weight lifting gloves to ensure he is protected. The training seems to be intense as we can see Lalatten in a lean physique and has definitely lost a few kilos.
In the early 60s, Mohanlal is giving fitness goals to his millions of fans. On the work front we hear that Lalatten will be appearing in a cameo in Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie ‘Jailer.’
