Farzi Trailer: Currency Crime Drama

Bollywood hero Shahid Kapoor is also venturing into the OTT space with a web-series titled ‘FARZI.’ The trailer of the feature is out and it promises to be stuff packed with crime and comedy.

Shahid plays an artist but he uses his skill to make counterfeit currency and run a fake currency racket. In parallel, we see Tamil star actor Vijay Sethupathi working in Nagaland with the Border Protection Force. He is behind to trace a terror conspiracy but his handling style is ruthless.

How Shahid and Vijay’s paths cross forms the plot. Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Regina Cassandra and others form the rest of the cast and they do play pivotal roles.

‘FARZI’ is written and directed by Raj & DK who are pretty famous for crime dramas. The trailer is engaging and Shahid shines in his role but it’s Vijay Sethupathi who nails everything that comes his way.

The web-series will be streaming on Amazon Prime from February 10th.
