After Baahubali, Prabhas became a pan-India star and gained superstardom all over the country. However, he failed to score another success after Baahubali.
He came up with Saaho and Radhe Shyam. Both movies ended up as disasters at the box office. Currently, he is awaiting the release of Adipurush, which will hit the screens in the second half of this year.
A few months ago, it was reported that Bollywood director Sidharth Anand is in talks with Prabhas for a new film. It was also stated that Mythri Movie Makers would bankroll the project. However, there was no official confirmation about this project until now.
Recently, the producers of Mythri Movie Makers participated in Nandamuri Balakrishna’s talk show Unstoppable Season 2. During the interaction, Balayya asked them about this rumoured project. Reacting to the same, the producers confirmed that the project is in pipeline.
It would be announced officially very soon. Sidharth Anand is known for his films like Anjana Anjaani, Bang Bang and War. His new film Pathaan is gearing up for release on January 25. He may work on Prabhas’s project once he gets done with the works of Pathaan.
