RRR Continues Awards Rampage In US

The magnum opus ‘RRR’ is continuing to win laurels in the West and after the Golden Globe, ‘RRR’ has two more awards at Critics Choice Awards. ‘RRR’ bagged the award in Best Foreign Language Film category and the song ‘ Naatu Naatu’ also walked away with the Best Song.

Director SS Rajamouli walked with his song Karthikeya to receive the award for the Best Foreign Language Film while music composer MM Keeravani received the Best Song award. Upon winning the award, Keeravani thanked all the critics who had voted for the song and liked it immensely.

“Because of its uniqueness and freshness, ‘Naatu Naatu’ was well received globally. I’m overwhelmed with this award,” said Keeravani.

With ‘RRR’ getting appreciation from the critics, things have turned more comfortable for the big awards i.e, Oscars. The team ‘RRR’ is hopeful of getting a nomination and they will be in the United States until the final list of nominations will be revealed by The Academy.
