Pawan Kalyan’s Devara To Become ‘Devudu’?

FInally, after a long wait, the film featuring Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej in the leads got launched other day. Featuring some other noted actors, the film is being directed by Samuthirakani, who has directed the original version of Vinodhaya Sitam as well. And here is an interesting talk about this film’s title. 

When the news of this remake popped up in film circles almost six months ago, it has come out that director-writer Trivikram who is providing the screenplay and dialogues for the Telugu version, suggested the title ‘Devara’. As Pawan Kalyan appears in the role of a God in this movie, surely that will be an apt title. However, that title got registered by Bandla Ganesh, and he actually addresses PK as Devara most of the time. 

Reports are doing rounds that Bandla Ganesh is not interested to give this title to the film as he has this unexplained rift with Trivikram. But neither Trivikram nor Pawan Kalyan, nor Sai Dharam Tej are said to have requested him for the title, rather, they are going with the title “Devudu” they say. Well, whatever may be the title, if a film has Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram taking care of the creative part, obviously it gets the buzz and attention.
