Why Did Union I&B Minister Met Megastar Chiru?

Megastar Chiranjeevi is getting popular for springing surprises on his Twitter page every other day with the kinds of things he shares.

Whether it is tweeting about an IAS officer or talking about that constable who saved the life of a person with quick CPR or appreciating Ram Charan for his growth in the film industry, Chiru always sparks a discussion. And here is his latest one.

Today morning, Union Information & Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur visited Megastar Chiranjeevi’s residence for a quick breakfast. Along with Chiranjeevi, even Nagarjuna Akkineni and Allu Arvind also hosted the Minister.

Taking to Twitter, Chiru revealed that they had good discussions about Indian Film Industry and its rapid strides and thanked Anurag for dropping by his place. However, many are wondering why the Union Minister mega Megastar in the first place.

Some say that Chiru invited Anurag as a token of respect because last year the Indian Government honoured him with the Personality of the Year award at IFFI, Goa.

Whatever it may be, a big Union Minister who happens to be a staunch BJP politician, meeting Chiru has become a discussion of sorts in political circles.
