Nayanthara Cuts My Role, Alleges Heroine

Nayanthara is one of the top actresses in South India. She is fondly called ‘Lady Superstar’ by fans. With stardom comes criticism as well. Nayanthara is often criticized by people for not promoting her films and attending promotional events for movies that are either directed or produced by her husband Vignesh Shivan.

Recently, young heroine Malavaika Mohanan also criticized Nayanthara by not taking her name. She said that a top actress wore makeup while she was doing a scene in the hospital. Nayan also responded to Malavika’s comments in a strong way.

Now, another actress took a dig at Nayan. Popular heroine Mamta Mohandas revealed that her portions in a big film were removed upon Nayan’s demand.

In a recent interview, Mamta said that she shot a few portions of a song in Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kuselan (Kathanayakudu in Telugu). But apparently, Nayan told makers what is the need for another heroine when she is doing the film. Thus, the team had to cut Mamta’s portions.

Meanwhile, Nayanthara is yet to respond to Mamta’s allegations. We have to see if she responds to them or not.
