Dhamki’s 2nd Half, I Can Only Direct It Better: Vishwak

Vishwak Sen’s own directorial venture Das Ka Dhamki is due for release tomorrow, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. Meanwhile, the team participated in the media interactive session.

Vishwak Sen said, “It’s been almost one year since we started Das Ka Dhamki. I’m feeling it like a farewell. Dhamki is very personal film for me. I don’t make movies to earn. I earn to make movies. I made Falaknuma Das on 3 Cr. Likewise, I spent lavishly on Das Ka Dhamki.

Nivetha too gave me a suggestion and because of that the scale of the movie became universal. I will reveal it after the film’s release. We screened the movie for several people and we got a good reception.

I took many risks because I have that confidence in the movie. I’m bloody sure this is going to change my life. The second half is so emotional that I felt I can direct it better.”
