Unlike earlier where a not so popular guy like Kaushal or Rahul Sipligunj amassed huge popularity on social media after becoming part of the show, this time the organisers have picked social media celebs for #BiggBoss4. And that might lead to a war between three companies that are behind them.
The three social media influencers we are talking about are Dhethadi fame Alekhya Haarika, dance-covers fame Mehboob and The Village Show channel fame Milkuri Gangavva. Surprisingly, these three actually work three rival companies that run a network of various YouTube channels catering to the needs of Telugu people. Guess what, already those channels have started promoting these three rigorously.
The moment Alekhya Haarika stepped into the show, almost 40 posts appeared on her Instagram stories, while same is the case with Mehboob. Their respective companies started a hefty campaign on Instagram, asking people to support them. Then comes Gangavva, regarding whom already #VoteForGangavva is trending on Twitter, as the company that backs this old lady’s channel is strong on Twitter than Instagram.
But we have to see if these influencers will succeed in pushing the agenda, as the mood of audiences will always swing as to how things happen inside the house than these social media campaigns.
