Tollywood Box Office Lineup: ​’Big’ Releases Of 2023

It has been a while since big films got released in theatres. This week Nani’s Dasara geared up for release, and next week, Ravi Teja is coming up with Ravanasura. Meanwhile, let us look at upcoming movies that will do a pre-release business of more than Rs. 50 crores.

Prabhas is coming up with Adipurush on June 6. Om Raut directs this live-action 3D film. Though there aren’t many expectations from this mythological drama, Adipurush will do good business due to Prabhas’s stardom.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej-starrer untitled project will arrive on July 28. This is an official remake of the Tamil film Vinodaya Sitham. Samuthirakani is directing the project.

It is heard that Ram Pothineni and Boyapati Srinu’s action flick will also hit the screens in June or July. This film will have a pan-India release.

On August 11, Megastar Chiranjeevi is coming up with his film Bholaa Shankar. Directed by Meher Ramesh, this film features Tamannaah and Keerthy Suresh in the other key roles. It is an official remake of the 2015 Tamil film Vedhalam.

In September or October, Balakrishna’s NBK 108 will hit the screens. It is directed by Anil Ravipudi. Kajal Aggarwal and Sree Leela are playing other main roles in it.

On September 28, Prabhas will arrive once again with Salaar. There are high expectations riding on this Prashanth Neel directorial. It will have very big openings for sure.

Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan is expected to arrive with his long-delayed Hari Hara Veera Mallu in October. This Krish Jagarlamudi directorial period action drama may hit the screens during the Dasara festive season.

As of now, these are the big films that are lined up for release this year. We have to see how many of them strike gold at the box office.
