Chiru & Danayya’s Absence Heats Up Film Circles

Last Sunday, we have seen some biggies of the Telugu Film Industry celeb’RRR’ating the Oscar win by Rajamouli and his team at Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad. Though many star heroes were not seen at the event, none knows if they are invited or if they themselves have avoided, but the industry is buzzed with another talk.

Apparently, the absence of Megastar Chiranjeevi is a big thing at the event, as none expected that the matinee idol who is currently considered the ‘beacon’ of Tollywood, has struck hard. Even film industry folks are upset with this, and they say that the senior star is actually upset with the way this function is being held, and for that reason, he hasn’t turned up at the event. Some say that he is busy with the shooting of Bholaa Shankar, but then, that Sunday is actually a holiday for shoots.

Coming to the other big shocker, even DVV Danayya is also absent on the occasion despite being the producer of Rajamouli’s RRR. Though Rajamouli was not seen anywhere in the Japan release and USA promotions of the film, many thought that he would be present this Sunday for the felicitation. For reasons better known to insiders, the producer hasn’t turned up. And the usually super active social media handles of DVV Entertainment haven’t even put up a single tweet or post about this felicitation by TFI folks.

As Danayya is pretty close to Allu Arvind and Chiranjeevi, surely there is something going on inside, many feel, considering his absence at the event. Even film folks don’t know the real reasons behind this happening and they are also biting into each other’s ears to know more about it.
