Director Sankalp Reddy who shot to fame with ‘Ghazi’ is bringing another war based film titled ‘IB 71.’ The teaser of the film has been dropped and it shows that the film is based on 1971 India and Pakistan war.
Muscle man Vidyut Jammwal is playing the lead role in ‘IB 71’ and he is part of a top secret mission that helped India win against Pakistan in the 1971 war. The twist is, this is a true story that never happened and that sets a mood for a perfect thriller.
The teaser has its moments and is thoroughly engaging for the start to finish. Director Sankalp Reddy’s mark is clearly visible in the teaser and looks like he has a winner in hand.
‘IB 71’ also stars Anupam Kher and part of the teaser runs on the background of his voice. The film produced by T-series is slated for release on May 12th.
