Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan will be seen playing the role of Ravana in Prabhas’s upcoming movie Adipurush. Everyone is now eagerly awaiting its release, but it remains to be seen if Saif will participate in promotional activities or not.

Reports now suggest that Saif Ali Khan may skip promotional activities for Adipurush as he is planning on taking an annual vacation with his family, including his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and sons Taimur and Jeh. While this has yet to be officially confirmed. Others claim that Saif Ali Khan wants to forgo the promotional tour for his upcoming movie. It’s likely because he doesn’t want to be engulfed in any controversies while promoting, given that the movie deals with religion and India’s emotions.

In the past, Saif has been seen as a negative character in a handful of movies such as Tanhaji, Omkara, and Laal Kaptaan; but this is something quite different. Furthermore, it’s understandable why his family would prefer it if he steered clear of any public backlash over an onscreen villainous figure.

According to sources, the promotions for Adipurush will centre primarily around Prabhas and his portrayal of Rama. The scheduled promotion is slated for the month of May, with Prabhas already giving dates for promotional activities. This low-key approach to promoting the film ensures that focus remains on its lead star and his representation in this epic hero drama.
