Forthcoming action drama Ugram has unveiled the unseen look of Allari Naresh. This is perhaps one of the most ferocious and violent looks of Naresh as he is seen with blood stains and police getup. Now, the inside source is that Naresh was not the first choice for director Vijay Kanakamedala who earlier made a promising film Naandhi with Naresh.
As per the industry insiders, Vijay has first narrated the story to hero Kalyan Ram. Since Kalyan had earlier made film like Pataas which was out-and-out entertainer, he seems to have his reservations playing such serious police role with complete action and drama. Finally this went into Allari Naresh who immediately gave his nod having huge confidence in director Vijay who had earlier transformed him and made Naandhi.
Finally, the film is hitting the screens this week. The film is produced by Sahu Garapati under Shine Screens. The makers have exceeded the budget owing to the majority of night shoots and action blocks. Naresh and Vijay are hoping to repeat their success. May 5th is the D-day.
