PK Fires On PK’s Ustaad Poster

Poonam Kaur’s tendency to focus on Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram has created a wave of anger amongst Powerstar fans and she is once more at the root of a new controversy.

A couple of hours back, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming movie Ustaad Bhagat Singh poster got released, while fans shower unpredictable love, but prompted concerns when actress Poonam Kaur commented on its contents. In a news channel audio interview, she shared her displeasure with how lightly this revolutionary figure’s name was being used and tossed around. She requested Mythri Movie Makers to take corrective action. Further clarifying that it is not related to any personal matters, Ms. Kaur also mentioned that at least Chiranjeevi and NTR’s names should be treated with more respect.

“I actually got angry, at how litely we are taking our revolutionary people’s names and placing them, not on anybody in particular, but that how lightly we are taking names of revolutionaries and how are we placing them, it could have been any hero from Shahrukh Khan to maybe a very big hero, I would have mentioned the same thing so to make it controversial aspect your convenience, it is your wish but it could have been any peoples or any one’s movie I would have just objected it and I think they rectified it, I request the mythri movie makers team, to remove that particular poster, and I have sent a message to Devi Sri Prasad garu early in the morning when I saw, I said him its an insult and it will be good if it is corrected and I offended and I think if they correct it would be fine and she is asking, if I put either Chiranjeevi or NTR, YSR if put there names, how would you feel”. Further, she says this is not about anything personal, we just need to respect them.”

The heroine’s words have caused a lot of controversy, not only with mega fans but even the fanbase of NTR and YSR. It will be an uphill task for her to manage the backlash she has received from everyone.
