Ram Charan Not Picking This Director’s Calls

Global Star Ram Charan is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his first child and is simultaneously occupied with various professional endeavors post the super success of RRR. Unfortunately, one of the directors from one of his previous unsuccessful movies claimed that the actor wasn’t taking his calls.

Renowned director Apoorva Lakhia recently shared his experience of working with Ram Charan on their first film together, Zanjeer, which tanked at the Hindi box office and amassed huge negativity around the mega hero’s Bollywood debut. Despite the work both having a strong connection, Lakhia revealed that since the success of RRR, the actor has stopped taking his calls.

In an interview, Apoorva commented, “He’s a really good friend of mine and I have visited him many times since our project. Apoorva said that he received a call from Charan while the actor was shooting in Ukraine, presumably for RRR. “He asked me what I was doing, I said I was working on my show. He wanted me to shoot some second-unit action sequences, so I told him I’d get back to him. I was working on something so I couldn’t go, but that was the last time we spoke. He calls me randomly, but he doesn’t answer my calls. He must be busy”

Ram Charan is busy shooting for his upcoming flick Game Changer. He recently announced the launch of his production house and has roped in Nikhil for the role. With all this going on, it’s understandable why he hasn’t had time to respond yet to the calls of Zanjeer director.
