Dhanush’s Tere Ishk Mein: A spin-off of Raanjhanaa

After a decade since his Hindi film debut with Anand L. Rai’s ‘Raanjhanaa,’ Dhanush is all set to collaborate with the acclaimed filmmaker again for his upcoming Hindi feature film. The movie will delve into the world of ‘Raanjhanaa,’ and Dhanush took to social media to announce the film title as ‘Tere Ishk Mein.’

Expressing nostalgia and gratitude for ‘Raanjhanaa’s life-changing impact on his career, Dhanush shared his excitement about reuniting with Anand L. Rai for this new project.

“Some films change your life forever, and it’s apt to say this is one such film. Indeed, it changed all our lives. From the world of Raanjhana, Tere Ishk Mein. I don’t know what kind of journey awaits me. But I am sure it’s gonna be an adventure, for us and all.” wrote Dhanush.

The film will be helmed by Anand L. Rai, with music composed by the legendary A. R. Rahman, who had also worked on the music for ‘Raanjhanaa.’ Himanshu Sharma will produce the film under his banner Colour Yellow Productions.

‘Tere Ishk Mein’ will mark Dhanush’s third collaboration with Anand L. Rai, following ‘Raanjhanaa’ and the upcoming film ‘Atrangi Re.’ Dhanush has previously starred in another Hindi film, ‘Shamitabh,’ directed by R. Balki.
