Kerala Crime Files generated a good buzz with its intriguing trailer. Even Hotstar promoted it aggressively as the first-ever original Malayalam series. Kerala Crime Files is a murder mystery. It traces the police investigation around a murder.

This six-episode show is getting a positive response from the audience. Malayalam filmmakers are known for coming up with intriguing content; this show is one of them. Thus, it became an instant success across the OTT space.

Kerala Crime Files features Aju Varghese and Lal in the lead roles. Ashiq Aimar wrote the series, and Ahammed Khabeer directed it. Hridayam fame Hesham Abdul Wahab composed the music for it. The success of Kerala Crime Files may pave the path to the emergence of various other original Malayalam shows in the OTT arena.
