Adipurush was one of the the highly anticipated films in the recent times. The film was released last month but failed to meet with the expectations of the audiences. Starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in the lead roles, the film is yet to come up online. Meanwhile, the film faced an unfortunate incident as it was leaked on YouTube and various pirate websites.
According to the reports on social media, the leaked version of the film was available in high-definition quality and had already garnered over 2.3 million views on YouTube. However, the movie was swiftly taken down from the internet, and the link disappeared within hours.
Directed by Om Raut, Adipurush received significant criticism for its dialogues, which offended religious sentiments.
Released on June 16, Adipurush draws inspiration from the Hindu epic Ramayana. The film features Prabhas in the role of Raghava, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, and Devdatta Nage as Lord Hanuman.
