This week’s release Baby of Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi has garnered decent buzz among the viewers with the trailer. The trailer hints at modern-day love conflicts with opportunistic affairs. The makers must have had the youth on their minds and they came up with a lengthy run time for the movie.
The censor report mentions the certified length as 167 minutes, which is around 2 hours 47 minutes! The reports reveal that the US version runtime is 9 minutes more than this, which would be for 2 hours 56 minutes.
Well, the director Sai Razesh responded on the tweets about the run time in the prerelease event. He threw satires at who started doubting Baby for the length of the movie. Sai Razesh emphasized that he is extremely confident that the movie is gripping irrespective of the length and he assures that it will racy all along.
Not many movies could keep the audience glued to their seats with such a big run time so far. Even though the film is thoroughly entertaining, a small lag in a couple of scenes would push the blame onto the ‘run time’. Many were seen tweeting based on this and Sai Razesh too chose to address the same in his style.
For now, the team appears to be super confident about ‘Baby’ and the response from the audience has to be seen once the movie is released. The movie Baby is being premiered early in many cities of AP and Telangana.
