Of course, this young Telugu girl has become the most sought-after siren in Tollywood with almost a dozen movies in her hand. We are talking about the talented Sreeleela, who is right now replacing the likes of Pooja Hegde and Rashmika Mandanna in some movies. But then, here’s a catch.

Recently it has come out that the likes of Mrunal Thakur, who have just one blockbuster Telugu film to their name are charging anywhere between ₹3-4 croes per each film. But then, the busiest and sought-after siren Sreeleela is taking only a crore and lesser for a couple of movies. Looking at the way how Pooja Hegde charged ₹2-3 crores for her last outings, and how Mrunal is charging now, even Sreeleela is said to be demanding a fat ₹2+ crores paycheck for Nithin and Venky Kudumala’s movie where she replaced Rashmika.

That said, probably Sreeleela signed so many big films even before Dhamaka happened to her because of her beautiful looks and comparatively affordable pay for many producers. If she too slips into this ₹2-3 crores bracket, very soon she might get only selective movies but not a hell lot of offers into her lap. It is too early to get influenced by Mumbai beauties at a time when her career is leaping ahead, isn’t it?

Gone are the days when a star heroine used to exude her star power in Tollywood for a decade like how Simran and Trisha have done. Sreeleela is the only one expected to do a similar stunt, but paycheck change might alter this notion.
