Project K Is Titled Kalki 2898 AD – Here Is The First Glimpse

International star Prabhas’ Project K is titled Kalki 2898 AD. The first glimpse is out and it is interesting in every frame of it.

The present Kaliyuga will have the dharma lost and the world will be ruled by the unjust, according to the belief. Kalki is the final avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu and will appear at the end of Kaliyuga to destroy the wicked.

The glimpse of Kalki 2898 AD takes us to the world of the end of Kaliyuga where the world is taken over by the darkness. Prabhas is shown as the force that will rise to end the darkness in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. Prabhas looked dashing in the Sci-fi thriller from the future while the glimpse also shows Amitabh Bachchan possibly the unjust ruler and Deepika Padukone as one of the foot soldiers.

According to the title and the glimpse, Kalki is likely to be based on the appearance of the real Kalki avatar, which is so far mentioned in our films as a belief. The story is obviously set in the future 800 years from now, 2898 AD and let us see if the teaser and trailer intrigue us more than this glimpse did.

The roles of Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani are not shown in the first glimpse. The last frame looks like it is hinting at the clash between Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan, going by the costumes.
