Pic Talk: Picture Perfect with ‘Directors’ on Shankar’s B’Day

Renowned director Shankar marked his 60th birthday, and millions of fans and film industry members celebrated his special day with fervor and enthusiasm. A lavish birthday party was hosted by Shankar in the evening, which saw the attendance of several esteemed South Indian celebrities.

Notable figures in attendance included popular actors Chiyaan Vikram and Ram Charan, acclaimed Tamil directors Lokesh Kanagaraj, Vetrimaaran, Karthik Subbaraj, Gautham Menon, Lingusamy, Vignesh Shivan, and Sasi, Telugu director Gopichand Malineni, and actor-filmmaker SJ Suriyah, among others.

Amidst the celebrations, Shankar is busily engaged in the direction of two highly anticipated pan-India projects: “Indian 2” and “Game Changer.”
