A Young Heroine In Nagarjuna’s Naa Saami Ranga?

Nagarjuna and Anushka’s pair is one of the best pairs in Tollywood. Nag has special flair when it comes to choosing his female leads on screen. Now, the latest we hear is that he opted for another Kannada beauty to romance. Ashika Ranganath has been roped in to pair up with Nag for his forthcoming film ‘Naa Saami Ranga’.

A photoshoot has been done and the makers are confident of Ashika is perfect for the role. She also has good command on Telugu language and has good acting skills. Hence, the makers may opt for her. Ashika was last seen in Kalyan Ram and Mythri’s Amigos. A formal announcement about Ashika onboard is expected soon from the production team.

Nag recently teased with a glimpse of the film. The mass elements have excited the Akkineni fans as well. The film has Sankranthi as the major theme. Hence, Nag and producers want the film to shoot at brisk pace and release it for Sankranthi festival.

Currently, Nag is hosting the Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7. He is going to juggle Naa Saami Ranga and Bigg Boss shoot simultaneously. The makers planned an action shoot. However, the ongoing heavy rains in Hyderabad are creating hurdles for the exterior shoot. The makers may soon lock the shooting portions and hit the sets. Choreographer Vijay Binni is wielding the megaphone and making his directorial debut with the movie. Srinivasaa Chitturi and Pavan Kumar, who are producing Ram Pothineni and Boyapati’s Skanda, are bankrolling the film.
