Buzz: Shah Rukh Khan Is Not Afraid Of Salaar

One of the biggest confusions when it comes to release dates in recent times is that of Superstar Prabhas’ Salaar only. After dropping out from the scheduled September 28th release date, the makers of Salaar haven’t announced any new date or about the postponement of the movie, but then, distribution circles are getting feelers about a couple of dates in November and December. And that led to another rumour.

In Bollywood, a strong rumour started to do rounds that Prabhas’ Salaar is eyeing a Dec 22nd release date, and that led to the postponement of Shah Rukh Khan’s Dunki to a new date. Directed by Raj Kumar Hirani, Dunki is a typical Hirani movie that would leave the audience in splits and a myriad of emotions. Talking about the date, the PR company handling Dunki is said to have confirmed that Shah Rukh Khan is not backing out from the said date.

After delivering two big back-to-back blockbusters like Pathan and Jawan, why would King Khan back out from the date anyway? Already when Salaar locked Sept 28th as the date, everyone gave way for the movie but the postponement resulted in chaos. And now, it will be difficult for the movie to find a solo date or a date that will be sacrificed by the rest of the star heroes. SRK is not afraid anyway, so we have to see if Salaar avoids 22nd Dec or goes ahead with it.
