Twist: Devil’s Producer Is Also The Director Now!

One of the popular producers in Telugu cinema, Abhishek Nama turned the spotlight onto his production house with big-ticket films and domination in distribution for the Nizam area. He recently shot to headlines with his controversial tweets on Vijay Deverakonda asking him about the recovery of losses for World Famous Lover.

The tweets boomeranged bagging a lot of criticism on why he is shooting tweets against a hero when the losses are to be a discussion with the film’s producer. In yet another controversy, the producer turned the center of discussion with Kalyan Ram’s Devil movie.

Abhishek Nama is producing Kalyan Ram’s Devil movie and the latest poster of it without the announced director’s name starting a fresh issue on social media discussions. Above that, the producer added his name as the ‘director’.

Naveen Medaram was the director of Devil and for reasons unknown, the posters in the last few days had ‘Abhishek Pictures team’ as the director. To the surprise of all, today’s poster says the ‘Producer & Director’ is Abhishek Nama.

The update from the team on Twitter invited a lot of questions from all corners. Many were seen questioning why the director’s name was removed at the stage where the movie was almost completed. Some are even seen comparing the situation to a popular scene in ‘Neninthe’.
