Why Radhika Akka Is Not Part Of DJ Tillu 2?

Usually, popular sequels always consist of the same cast being repeated, while some character artists do change. However, in the case of blockbuster DJ Tillu’s sequel Tillu Square, the super popular ‘Radhika Akka’ from the first installment is not even getting repeated, wonder why?

Years after her debut, Kannada beauty Neha Shetty made her presence felt in Tollywood with the super success of DJ Tillu where she essayed the negatively shaded bold role of Radhika. From her body language to hot looks, dialogues to screen presence, everything became an instant hit. However, in Tillu Squre, she’s replaced by Anupama Parameswaran. Speaking on the same, Neha Shetty stated that Tillu Square is a spin-off of the original but not a continuation story, and that’s why she is not there.

“Even today, many people message me in a positive way as well as in cuss words, asking me to meet Siddhu Jonnalagadda or to run and join the cast of DJ Tillu sequel”, says Neha Shetty. When quizzed about if she is doing a special cameo in Tillu Square, the actress asked us to wait for a while to know the truth.

Meanwhile, after Bedurulanka 2012’s success, Neha is coming up with Kiran Abbavaram’s Rules Ranjann and she has Vishwaksen’s Gangs of Godavari scheduled a month later for release.
