Swapna Cinema is coming up with an intriguing web series Kumari Srimathi with Nithya Menen playing the titular role.

While Srinivas Avasarala penned the screenplay and dialogues for this comedy-drama, Gomtesh Upadhye helms the project.

Introducing Nithya Menen’s character from the series, the team released a hilarious video where we can hear the voices of neighbors who discuss about Nithya Menen.

Nithya Menen’s character name is Srimathi and she is not yet married. She doesn’t like to do any job but wants to set up a business of her own. Going by the video, she’s fierce and fearless.

The motion video makes a positive impression for the series which will stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Produced by Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt, Mohan Krishna cranks the camera, while Staccato and Kamran provide the music.

Kumari Srimathi which will have a total of 7 episodes is set for release soon in 4 languages.
