Superstar Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film Guntur Kaaram has been facing numerous challenges ever since it started rolling last year. The script underwent several changes and some scenes were scrapped as Mahesh was not happy with the output. Later, some key technicians walked out of the project and this was followed by the sudden exit of Pooja Hegde. All these issues led to a lot of confusion and caused significant delays in the shooting formalities.

Despite going through many hurdles and delays, the makers maintained that the film would hit the screens for Sankranti at any cost. With less than four months for release, the team is now racing against time to meet the deadlines. Mahesh Babu is going all out to ensure that there won’t be any last-minute rush.

As per reliable reports, Mahesh is shooting non-stop from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day to wrap up his portions. The shooting is now proceeding at a breakneck speed and the team is very confident in getting the film ready for Sankranti season.

Trivikram Srinivas is banking heavily on mass elements and entertainment for this rustic drama. He is planning to kick start the promotions very soon. The first teaser received a thumping response from all quarters. They are now planning to unveil songs one by one in the coming days to amplify the buzz on the film.

Sree Leela and Meenakshii Chaudhary are the female leads in this film and SS Thaman is the tunesmith for the film. Haarika and Hassine Creations is the production house behind this big-budget entertainer.
