When Shah Rukh Consoled Bigg Boss Siri!

Youtuber Siri Hanmanth gained fame and a significant following through her appearance on the reality show Bigg Boss. Her presence on social media, particularly Instagram and YouTube, allowed her to connect closely with her audience. She became the talk of the town when she shared the screen space with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawaan.

In a recent interview, Siri shared the story of how she got the opportunity to work in “Jawaan.” She mentioned that when she initially received a call about the role, she thought it was a prank. However, after her manager confirmed the authenticity of the offer, Siri realized it was a genuine opportunity to work with Shah Rukh Khan in a film directed by Atlee.

Siri admitted that she was initially overwhelmed by the experience and even asked the people on set if it was genuinely Shah Rukh Khan’s movie. Siri recalled how she struggled with her dialogues, sometimes requiring multiple takes.

“For a scene, I almost took seven takes and Atlee sir was angry at the assistant director. I knew that he was upset with me indirectly. Then, Shah Rukh sir came to me and asked why I was not performing well. I told him that I am scared to perform with him. He tried to calm me down by saying how can I get scared looking at a handsome person. Later, I pulled it off,” said Siri.

“Jawaan” went on to become a massive success, collecting over 850 crores and creating records.
