Buzz: Prabhas as Siva, Nayanthara as Parvathi?

Prabhas and Nayanthara were last seen together in the movie “Yogi,” directed by VV Vinayak and released 16 years ago. Now, after one and a half decade, they are going to reunite on the big screen for a prestigious project. If the reports are true, Prabhas will play Lord Siva in Manchu Vishnu’s next film, Kannappa. Nayan is reportedly approached to play the divine Parvathi Devi’s character in the movie.

Although the makers did not officially confirm Prabhas’ inclusion in the film, Manchu Vishnu took to X and clarified that Prabhas is a part of the film. This revelation has heightened the excitement around it, given Prabhas’s immense stardom and pan-India craze.

Nayanthara played Sita Devi in Bapu’s Sri Rama Rajyam, and she can easily pull off Parvathi Devi’s character. Apart from Nayanthara, actress Madhubala is also a part of the cast in the film “Kannappa.”

The movie is being produced by Mohan Babu, and Mukesh Kumar, known for directing the Hindi serial “Mahabharata,” is directing this ambitious project.
