While the star director approached Bollywood diva Sara Ali Khan to become the leading lady of Double Ismart which has Ram Pothineni playing the titular role again.

Apart from this top Bollywood siren, there will be a couple of other starlets too and Kohinoor Condom Ad fame Kavya Thapar is playing that second fiddle. Known for films like Ek Mini Katha and recently Bichhagadu 2, Kavya is said to have donned the most glamorous avatar of her career for this most sensuous and spicy song ever carved by Puri Jagan.
