“Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty” has achieved remarkable success, securing the fourth position in the USA box office for the year, surpassing “Kushi.” The top three slots are held by “Waltair Veeraiya,” “Dasara,” and “Adipurush.” The movie has amassed an impressive $1.824 million in the USA, marking it as Naveen Polishetty’s biggest blockbuster in international markets. Notably, the film has also performed exceptionally well in both domestic and overseas markets.
In terms of earnings, the movie has grossed a total of 55 crores so far, slightly behind “Jathiratnalu,” which grossed 70 crores. Nevertheless, Naveen Polishetty has solidified his status as the hottest young actor in the Telugu film industry, achieving a hat-trick of hits.
“Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty” faced challenges during its release due to a political issue in Andhra Pradesh, impacting its collections, particularly in the wake of its simultaneous release with “Jawan.” However, industry insiders agree that the movie had the potential to easily reach the 80 to 100 crore gross mark due to its strong word-of-mouth and Naveen’s exceptional performance.
Naveen Polishetty’s one-man show and strategic promotional efforts propelled the film to stand out amidst tough competition, cementing his reputation as a versatile actor. Consequently, prominent production houses such as Mythri, Sitara, and People Media are keen to collaborate with him, offering lucrative paychecks to secure his talent.
