VD12 Is Getting Delayed For This Reason

One of the biggest surprises that Tollywood has seen in recent times is Vijay Devarakonda’s move to put a project that is on the sets on hold and proceed with another movie. While his film under Jersey fame Gautham Tinnanuri’s direction, #VD12, started with huge buzz, the film was pushed into the backburner to wrap his next film, #VD13 which is being directed by Parasuram. So, what’s the real reason behind this decision anyway?

Though there are enough rumours that Vijay Devarakonda pushed #VD12 aside because he wanted some changes in the story, the real reason behind this is said to be the time needed to carve out this film.

Actually, #VD12 is a period drama and that requires huge visual effects, set construction and other things. As his previous films like Liger and Kushi took a huge time in the making due to COVID-19 and Samantha’s ill-health respectively, he wants to do a quickie first. That’s the reason he has given a short break to #VD12 and started doing Parasuram’s movie which will be wrapped at a fast pace. The film might get ready even for Sankranthi 2024 if all goes well.

Well, with #VD12 very much being a big-budgeted film that is bankrolled by Sithara Entertainment, surely fans could vouch for this film as a classic in the making.
