Sithara Entertainment’s latest movie MAD is an out and out entertainer that has plenty of laughs written all over the place, though the film’s story arc is going to leave you with slight disappointment towards the end. But the guy who stands tall in the film is hero Santosh Shoban’s younger brother Sangeeth, who has taken everyone by surprise.
Right from frame zero, Sangeeth’s brilliant portrayal of the role DD aka Damodhar is quite intense, energetic and catchy. He uttered dialogues with ease, had terrific comedy timing and came out with flying colors in all the scenes. If he continues to pursue lead roles like this, surely he is going to be the next alternative for the vintage Allari Naresh whom we did miss out on the silver screen for years already. Will the youngster go all the way to make comedy his forte and make it big?
In fact, the biggest problem with many young heroes is that once they prove themselves with comedy, they try to do something like a Pawan Kalyan or pick up intense films that won’t be the complete family entertainers. That puts them out of the game in just few years, and hope youngster Sangeeth Shoban is not going to repeat such mistakes.
