First Interaction With Balayya; I Did Pushups -Sreeleela

Amazing beauty and the rising star of Telugu cinema, Sreeleela is quickly looking at, yet another release, as her next film, Nandamuri Balakrishna’s “Bhagawant Kesari” is all set to hit cinemas on Dasara eve. On this occasion, she sat down for a quick chat with Gulte.com, revealing some interesting things. Especially we asked her about the first moment she interacted with the Nandamuri star. Here’s what Sree has to say!

“I’m really nervous about the meeting because he is such a big star and have heard lots of stories about him before going to the sets. On our first day of the shoot together, we shot the training scene where he made me do pushups. As I’m not much of a gym girl, it’s tough for me to do that, and Balakrishna sir is like ‘Yayy, do it rightly’, in a strong tone. I got a little nervous but then picked up. And when he pointed out that I was not doing right, I told him that this is the way director garu asked me to do it, and he agreed to it”, said Sreeleela.

On the other hand, the sensational starlet added that she felt quite connected to the Vijji Papa role and Bhagwant Kesari aka Chichha, in a big way, personally as well. She’s said to have seen none other than her real life’s guiding force, her mother, in the role played by Balayya. The actress believes that this role will stand tall in her career as this is quite far from the regular dance and glam roles she plays.
