Director Reveals Connection Between Krack And TNR

Krack was one of the first few films that scored a theatrical blockbuster after the pandemic. The Raviteja starrer garnered collections big time mainly due to the confrontation scenes between the villain ‘Katari Krishna’ and the police officer hero ‘Potharaju Veera Shankar’.

Cut to the present, another Raviteja movie Tiger Nageswara Rao is set for release this week and the director of Krack reveals an interesting connection between his Krack movie and Tiger Nageswara Rao. Gopichand Malineni reveals that the same SI Murali who tries to capture Tiger Nageswara Rao gets transferred to Ongole and there he arrests Katari Krishna.

Gopichand says that his Potharaju Veerashankar character played by Raviteja is an inspiration drawn from the real-life SI Murali. That’s an interesting trivia and it has to be seen if any of these directors may want to use these references in a new movie later.

Raviteja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao is a period-action thriller directed by Vamsee. It is all about a thief who did a series of daring heists with his own ingenious methods.
