Charming As Ever, But Heroine’s Wait Continues

Published by

Sometimes when a heroine’s career is almost over, all it takes is one big film that could turn around the fortunes. When everyone thought that Tamannaah’s career was over she bounced back to being the busiest of all and the same is the case with Trisha who is on a signing spree now. Now Kajal Aggarwal seems to be at the near bottom of her career curve and needs one solid performance in a commercial film to kick back into form.

The sequences shot on Kajal Aggarwal were removed from Chiranjeevi’s Acharya due to many reasons. Also, the movie ended as a disaster and could not help her either way. Kajal’s comeback film Bhagavanth Kesari of Balayya also seems to be not doing any favors for her.

Though Kajal looked as charming as ever and is still the best in her looks and timing, Bhagavanth Kesari offered her hardly four or five scenes. It would have been a different and better way for Kajal could cash up on Bhagavanth Kesari if she had songs and interesting scenes rather than just a few very ordinary sequences.

With no songs or glamourous role for her in Chiranjeevi and Balayya’s films, Kajal’s only hope is Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. The Shankar’s prestigious sequel of his yesteryear blockbuster Indian could possibly revive Kajal’s career back on track. Shankar is known to show his heroines in glamorous songs and important scenes. All that Kajal needs is one perfect role like Aishwarya Rai in Robo or Shriya Saran in Sivaji.

Kajal Aggarwal is the leading lady of Indian 2 and it has to be seen if Kamal Haasan’s film is what she has been waiting for.
